Are you passionate about IT and have a natural talent for helping others overcome their technological challenges? We have an exciting mission for you within our Swiss Post Digital Government SA team, an innovative software publisher!

By joining our Service Desk unit, you become the ace at tracking and resolving system requests from our clients and colleagues. You will have the crucial task of supporting our clients by juggling the technological solutions we offer. Within Swiss Post Digital Government SA, the diversity of clients and environments offers you a varied playground where you can explore new technologies.

On a daily basis, you will be the pillar of support for our clients’ IT environments, working on workstations and even mobile environments. Servers hold no secrets for you, especially when linked to end-user activities.

You hold a computer science qualification (CFC) and your service orientation allows you to meet client expectations like no other, so this position may interest you. We look forward to discovering your skills in end-user environments (PCs, printers, office applications, campus network). The client OS (Windows) and Windows server environments (Active Directory) hold no secrets for you, and you master Cisco Meraki solutions and/or Microsoft 365 environments.

So if your rigour in diagnosing faults is legendary and client relations and service are your second nature, you are ready to discover and train on new technologies with us. We expect you to be autonomous and responsible, with a great sense of teamwork.
