Your tasks

• You take overall responsibility for demanding HVAC projects for industrial clients from a wide range of sectors, from the initial study to realisation.

• You advise and support long-standing clients and develop suitable solutions together with them.

• You develop innovative concepts and optimise existing solution variants with regard to technology, quality and cost-effectiveness.

• You lead interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate the various specialist departments.

• You keep an eye on costs, deadlines and project goals at all times and are responsible for project controlling.

• You ensure that standards, guidelines and quality standards are adhered to.

• You prepare professional tender documents and accompany their implementation.

• You coordinate external partners and ensure that all parties involved work together efficiently.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed studies at a university of applied sciences, training as a technician HF/TS in the field of building technology or an equivalent qualification

• Several years of experience in planning and project management

• Ideally, initial experience with projects in industrial companies

• Technical understanding combined with a strong solution- and customer-oriented approach

• A communicative personality who enjoys direct customer contact

• Independent, structured and reliable way of working

• Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to take responsibility

• Enjoyment in actively driving projects forward and successfully implementing them together with others
