Tasks

• Complete order processing from A to Z
• Handling complaints and customer concerns
• Processing incoming goods and deliveries
• Handling and coordinating deliveries
• Support with invoice processing
• Preparation of quotations, order confirmations and delivery notes
• Coordination of delivery dates and close cooperation with logistics, purchasing and sales

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in sales back office
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Very good English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP MM/SD
