WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Manage the entire ERP deployment programme ensuring objectives, deadlines, resources and key milestones are met
• Define and enforce project governance, working methods and decision-making processes with all stakeholders
• Oversee budget, schedule, contracts and deliverables to ensure quality and performance of services provided
• Identify and control project risks, obstacles and dependencies by implementing appropriate action plans
• Coordinate the various programme workstreams (process, configuration, data, interfaces, testing, training and change management) in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure mobilisation of business resources, clarify key actors’ responsibilities and facilitate timely decision-making
• Guarantee operational readiness for deployment by managing testing phases, validation and go-live decisions
• Support the upskilling of internal teams by organising knowledge transfer, sharing best practices and feedback

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Higher education (Bachelor or Master) in IT, engineering, management, business economics or equivalent; a project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or similar) is an asset
• Significant experience of over 10 years in managing complex ERP projects, ideally gained in multi-site industrial environments
• Proven expertise in ERP deployment, with functional knowledge and certifications in Infor M3; experience in the food industry is an advantage
• Mastery of key project management areas: governance, planning, risk management, budget, contracts, testing, data migration and change management
• Proficient in integrated business processes, able to participate in workshops with the integrator and configure certain modules if necessary, notably Production, Supply Chain and Sales
• Fluent in French and English, German is a plus
• Recognised leadership, excellent communication and decision-making skills, comfortable collaborating with both operational teams and management
• Presence 5 days on site at Villars-sur-Glâne, living in Switzerland nearby or explicit and concrete willingness to relocate
