Your responsibilities
Reporting to the head of the back-office division and working with the existing team, the post holder will be responsible for:
Organising, coordinating, managing and supervising the implementation and deployment of projects (configuration, integration, testing, etc.) and contributing to assessing the impact and changes on business processes and organisation caused by new developments;
Supporting business managers in defining their evolution needs, contributing to establishing functional specifications, technological design of solutions, and drafting specifications;
Ensuring the proper functioning and technical support of the back-office division’s applications (operation, support and advice) and being proactive in proposing improvements to enable ever more efficient and proactive operation;
Defining, proposing and managing the evolution and maintenance of these applications by integrating vendor update plans, technological developments and business requirements;
Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) related to solutions for the areas managed by the division;
Being a recognised point of contact within the Technology Department with business managers, other teams in the Technology Department, service and supplier providers, and other bodies for issues related to the management and digitalisation of business processes for the areas managed by the division;
Contributing to the establishment and coordination of the ERP competence centre at Geneva Airport (Oracle, SAP);
Conducting technological watch and analysing opportunities to improve technological processes in the business areas managed by the division;
Participating in the selection of technological solutions for these information systems, evaluating and managing the impact of their integration into GA’s IT landscape;
Ensuring and coordinating the monitoring, evolution and definition of operating procedures for application systems under the division’s responsibility;
Proposing, defining and maintaining up-to-date documentation and information sites useful and necessary to the field of activity;
Periodically providing on-call service (including some weekends and public holidays).
You have a higher education degree in business informatics: University / ETH, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent, and you
- Master business analysis methodologies in both traditional and Agile modes, specification writing and process modelling tools. Certifications in these areas are an asset;
- Demonstrate very good knowledge of information systems and IT technologies (design and development methodologies, quality, architecture, etc.);
- Have proven experience with market ERP systems (SAP, Oracle);
- Have experience in development, scripting and technical management of applications;
- Master SQL (DDL/DML);
- Show excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as team spirit;
- Are versatile, methodical and rigorous, with the ability to anticipate, adapt to needs and train in a diverse environment while assuming responsibilities;
- Are dynamic, proactive and client-oriented while demonstrating rigour and organisation;
- Have a successful experience in a similar field of expertise;
- Have a good command of English.
