Yooji's Manufactory, which belongs to Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite range of sushi, sashimi and much more. The production site of Two Spice Manufactory is located in Rümlang and employs over 90 staff. Various delicacies are pre-prepared daily and delivered several times a day to Yooji's restaurants and stores. Specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are also produced in the manufactory. ZENBU products such as sushi, poké, onigiri and vegan delicacies are produced for Coop and are available directly at Coop throughout Switzerland. Would you like to become part of our team? Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the entire operational maintenance within the manufactory
- Planning, organising and implementing preventive maintenance and repair work
- Ensuring rapid fault rectification and repair of production machines and infrastructure
- Continuous optimisation of systems, infrastructures and processes
- Participation in infrastructure projects and evaluation of new systems
- Technical and personnel management as well as further development of the four-member team
- Coordination of external service providers, management of spare parts and ensuring complete technical documentation
Requirements
- Completed basic training in the technical and/or electronic field with corresponding further training
- Several years of professional experience in mechanics and/or electrical engineering
- Proven leadership experience in a technical environment
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, solid English skills
- Strong personality with high social, leadership and team competence
- Strong quality awareness, organisational skills and resilience
- Experience in food production and knowledge of hygiene regulations are advantageous
- Willingness to work occasional weekends (planned)
