Service Technician (m/f/d)

About the job

As a member of our service technician team, you will travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland and commit yourself, with a keen sense of quality, to achieving high customer satisfaction. You will ensure the execution of all on-site service tasks at our clients’ premises and impress with your technical expertise and friendliness.

Your tasks

• Independent and professional commissioning and replacement of energy and water measurement systems as well as their peripherals
• Independent and professional execution of service and repair interventions
• Conducting on-site surveys in support of the Sales Office
• Deepening communication techniques (wired field buses, Ethernet, radio communication)
• Analysis of measurement data
• Instruction and training of our clients during the handover of installations

Your profile

• Completed training as an electrician fitter, heating installer, or sanitary installer
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and good understanding of IT and software-related topics
• Quality-conscious, structured, and solution-oriented working method
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Connection authorisation according to Art. 15 OIBT is an advantage
