Your tasks

• The acute wards ICM A+B offer evidence-based, severity-graded and individualised care and treatment of patients with acute psychiatric illnesses. The professional focus of the ward is the multi-professional, emergency psychiatric care of patients with affective disorders and anxiety disorders
• You will have a lot of professional scope for creativity with us and independently manage the nursing diagnostic process to resolve complex care situations for seriously ill people
• You are part of an interprofessional treatment team that provides patients with the broadest possible range of options to cope with their illness
• You work on comprehensive, person-centred care and on maintaining our high quality standards
• Through participation in treatment and care, you aim for rapid and as complete as possible autonomy and independence of the patients
• Your special focus is on reducing symptom burden, strengthening resources, increasing resilience and the patients’ self-efficacy
• You actively help to implement and further develop a modern ward concept

Your profile

• You are a qualified nurse HF/FH (or have a diploma recognised in Switzerland)
• You work with commitment, a touch of passion and interest in psychiatry
• You are enthusiastic about interprofessional collaboration and complex psychiatric issues
