Senior Java Developer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You develop, test, and operate new product functionalities within the Scrum team
- In this role, you work closely with product managers, POs, and architects on analysing new features and products
- You actively shape our system architecture
- As an experienced Java server backend developer, you ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
- You contribute to CI/CD pipelines and efficient deployment processes
- In this role, you coach your team and support colleagues in their professional development
Qualifications:
- You have a completed degree in computer science and at least 5 years of experience in software development.
- You have very good Java skills; experience with Quarkus is a plus.
- You have practical experience with containerised microservices based on Docker, ideally also with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- You are familiar with AI-supported software development (e.g. Claude Code); additional cloud knowledge in Azure or AWS is advantageous.
- You enjoy working in a team, place great value on code quality and clean software architecture.
- You have at least B2 level German proficiency in spoken and written form.
