- Recording and management of orders, quotations, delivery notes, and invoicing
- Planning and monitoring of route schedules and vehicle deployments
- Organisation and coordination of transports between warehouse and locations
- Prioritisation and coordination of picking orders as well as driver deployments
- Experience in dispatching, logistics, or comparable administrative functions
- Understanding of logistics processes and interest in time-critical operations
