Management Controller on a Permanent Contract at 80% Management Centre

The Saphir Foundation, a multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people weakened in their physical and mental integrity during their life process.

To complete our finance team, we are looking for our future:

As a management controller, you play a key role in the financial management of the Foundation. You are responsible for the budgeting process, analysing results and monitoring financial performance. In close collaboration with budget managers and project leaders, you bring your expertise and help to inform decisions and support the development of the Foundation’s activities.

You also contribute to the development and automation of management tools, indicators and dashboards, notably through Business Intelligence (BI) tools. You participate in institutional analyses and reporting, internal control monitoring as well as continuous improvement initiatives, while supporting teams in adopting management tools and data.

YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS

• You hold a higher education qualification in finance/accounting or
• You have proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the health-social sector
• You possess strong skills in cost accounting, budgeting methodology and management control
• You master common IT tools and Excel holds no secrets for you
• Organisation, priority management and rigour are qualities that define you
• You are known for your methodical, analytical and synthesising mind
• You have teaching skills and enjoy sharing your knowledge
• You appreciate working autonomously and being in contact with internal and external clients
