This position combines IT support, client management and Microsoft technologies in a modern workplace environment. The focus is on user support, administration of the client infrastructure and continuous development of digital workplace solutions.
Responsibilities:
User support in 1st and 2nd level support
Administration and further development of the Windows client infrastructure with Microsoft Intune
Management of Microsoft 365 as well as Active Directory (On-Premises and Azure AD/Entra ID)
Support with network, printer, telephony and security issues
Handling incidents and service requests as well as ensuring stable IT operations
Participation in digitisation and optimisation projects
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in IT support and client management
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune and Active Directory
Independent, structured and customer-oriented working style
Very good German skills, English and Italian skills are an advantage
