An established, family-run company in the construction supply sector develops and produces innovative solutions for building construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure. Customers include construction companies, engineering offices, industrial partners, and specialised construction firms. To strengthen the sales team, a motivated and responsible individual is sought.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for achieving defined sales and revenue targets in the assigned territory
Acquisition of new customers through project-related and technical consulting
Support and development of existing customer relationships
Representation of the company at trade fairs, events, and industry gatherings
Monitoring market and competitor developments
Participation in the further development of products and innovative solutions
Qualifications:
Completed degree in civil engineering (FH, ETH or equivalent)
Good knowledge of structural analysis and structural engineering
Ideally some experience in sales, marketing, or business administration
Very good IT user skills
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
