NURSE 80% - F/GERMAN

To complete our team and for one of our medico-social establishments, we are looking for:

Your mission:

• Provide nursing care adapted to the needs and autonomy of the residents.
• Assess their health status, monitor its evolution and adapt interventions accordingly.
• Ensure the quality, safety and continuity of care.
• Participate in care planning and rigorous transmission of information for each resident.
• Administer prescribed treatments and ensure therapeutic follow-up.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team, doctors, and relatives.
• Support residents with respect, listening and kindness, taking into account their individual needs.
• Be able to communicate in German and French in a bilingual work context.

Your profile:

• You hold a State-recognised Nurse diploma.
• You have several years of experience in a nursing home or in elderly care.
• You are proficient in French and German, both spoken and written, and comfortable in a bilingual environment.
• You are autonomous, flexible, open to working any hours, organised and responsible.
• You appreciate working in an interdisciplinary team and demonstrate empathy, patience and discretion.
• You are motivated to commit long-term to a fixed 80% position.
• Position to be filled from 26 October 2026 in the canton of Fribourg.
