Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Our client is an established Swiss manufacturing company with an international focus. Role:
For a Swiss industrial company, we are looking for an experienced leader who will take holistic responsibility for HR Services and Payroll.
Responsibilities:
You lead a small team both professionally and personally
You are responsible for the entire payroll and HR administration including social insurances and withholding taxes
You prepare HR key figures and reportings and support the HR management with analyses
You lead or accompany cross-departmental HR projects and are the contact person for labour and social insurance law matters
Qualifications:
You have a commercial or business administration education with further training in HR, payroll or social insurances
You bring several years of professional experience as well as initial leadership experience
You are familiar with Swiss labour and social insurance law and are acquainted with the relevant legal requirements
You communicate confidently in German and well in English
