Requirements Profile
- Diploma as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent recognition
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Professionally confident and responsible working style
- Enjoyment in caring for and supporting elderly people
- Good knowledge of German
- Willingness to mainly work split shifts
Tasks
- Care and support of residents
- Responsibility for the nursing process
- Professional assessment and support of various care situations
- Coordination and collaboration within the nursing team
- Nursing documentation and ensuring care quality
