Property Custodian with CFC

• Independent execution of custodial services in assigned properties and support for the respective property managers
• Operational management of requests from our clients for minor repairs, first interventions, faults or other infrastructural needs throughout the Ticino region
• Carrying out periodic technical inspections and supporting the technical department
• Coordinating appointments and supervising external suppliers
• Managing the building's technical systems as well as fault resolution
• Performing disposal activities in compliance with regulations
• Quality checks of cleaning services, as required
• Preparing work reports and performing simple administrative tasks

• Completed vocational training in a technical or craft field, preferably as a sanitary installer with CFC, building and infrastructure operator with CFC - concierge services or a related profession in building and plant technology
• Operational availability and flexibility to work throughout the Ticino region
• Professional experience in technical and infrastructural property management
• Knowledge of maintenance of building technical systems and/or industrial plants is desirable
• Reliable and independent working method, with a strong ability to find solutions and good organisation
• Good manners, friendly behaviour and a neat appearance
• Valid category B driving licence
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language, both spoken and written
• Confident use of IT tools (EDP)
• Impeccable criminal record
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and strong service orientation
