As deputy to the operating theatre management, you will take responsibility in the day-to-day operational business, help shape processes and promote the further development of our team. YOUR TASKS
- Deputising for the operating theatre management in professional, organisational and personnel matters
- Ensuring smooth and efficient operating theatre operations
- Leading, promoting and developing staff
- Deployment and resource planning as well as assisting with personnel planning
- Operating theatre coordination and ensuring optimal utilisation of operating theatre capacities
- Instrument handling and assisting in various specialist areas
- Ensuring quality, patient safety and compliance with standards
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with surgeons, anaesthesia, surgery and other interfaces
YOUR PROFILE
- Training as a specialist in operating theatre technology HF
- Solid professional experience in the operating theatre
- High social competence and enjoyment in staff development
- Organised, responsible and resilient personality
- Economic thinking and networked action
- Good MS Office and SAP skills
- Willingness to undertake further training in leadership
- Assistance with covering on-call duties and late shifts
