About the job

As a Residential Rental and Marketing Associate,

you will be responsible for marketing residential properties and managing their rental follow-up, ensuring a high-quality and prestigious service.

Your main responsibilities

• Complete rental and administrative management of a private real estate portfolio,
• Ensure the marketing of residential properties: enhancement, advertisement publication, organisation and conduct of accompanied visits,
• Manage rental requests, follow up with candidates and support the file selection process,
• Handle rent decreases and increases as well as indexations,
• Rental valuations, under the supervision of the group manager,
• Preparation of offers and management contracts, under the supervision of the group manager,
• Maintain a relationship of trust and closeness with our owners, tenants and partners.

Your profile

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent,
• Proven experience in a similar role within a Geneva real estate agency,
• Holder of an Immobase certificate; Immoplus certificate is an advantage,
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of English,
• Proficient in common computer tools,
• Knowledge of Abaimmo, an asset,
• Excellent spelling and neat writing,
• Strong commercial sense, customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills,
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise,
• Neat appearance and strong service orientation,
• Driving licence required.
