Responsibilities:
- You ensure a stable and high-performance IT environment for our customers
- In this role, you monitor systems, perform maintenance, and ensure ongoing operations
- You independently or collaboratively implement customer orders with our professionals
- You resolve support requests independently and actively participate in IT projects
- In this role, you document our IT services and continuously optimise them
Qualifications:
- Completed IT training with EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, as well as in the areas of networking, printers, backup, and Active Directory / Entra ID
- Enjoyment of customer contact and the ability to communicate calmly, solution-oriented, and clearly even in demanding situations
- Curious, independent, and reliable working style
- German as a native language and advantageous English skills
- Valid category B driving licence
