CNC Mechanic Milling (m/f/d)

For our client, an established company in the metalworking industry, we are looking for an experienced and quality-conscious individual as a CNC Miller (m/f/d). You will work on modern CNC machining centres and take on the independent production of demanding workpieces. If you enjoy precise machining and like to work independently, a varied role with modern technologies awaits you.

CNC Miller (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Operating modern CNC milling machines with 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining
• Working with various CNC controls such as Heidenhain, Siemens and Fanuc
• Independent setup and adjustment of the machines
• Preparation and setup of fixtures and tools
• Running in and optimising repeat orders
• Independent processing and completion of production orders
• Performing dimensional and quality checks of the manufactured workpieces
• Documentation of the work performed
• Operating multiple machines within the production processes
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical training
• Several years of professional experience in CNC milling
• Knowledge of Heidenhain, Siemens or Fanuc controls is an advantage
• Experience in multi-machine operation
• Confident technical understanding and precise working method
• Strong quality and responsibility awareness
• High reliability and independence
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to work shifts
