About the job
As part of our personnel secondment activity, a solution offered in addition to our specialised Data & AI services, Synchrotech supports one of its partners in recruiting a HMI / SCADA specialist engineer.
We are looking for a profile wishing to leverage their skills in supervision, SCADA systems and IT environments to strengthen a technical team and participate in large-scale projects in the field of building automation.
Your missions
- Carry out the visualisation and supervision of the building's technical installations, as well as the processing of data from field equipment
- Ensure the migration and implementation of client supervision systems and support teams on BMS solutions
- Configure, integrate and diagnose IT environments, PCs, servers and equipment associated with supervision systems
- Take charge of monitoring and executing imaging projects, and manage this aspect within the framework of large-scale technical projects.
Your profile
- Higher education in automation, industrial computing, industrial systems, electrical engineering or equivalent technical training
- Professional experience with one or more market SCADA systems
- Good knowledge of computer networks and communication protocols: BACnet, MQTT, ModBus, M-BUS, KNX, DALI or equivalents
- Good command of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments
- Knowledge of MCR/BMS and understanding of hydraulic, air handling and electrical installations (HVAC)
- Skills in scripting or development (Batch, Shell, VBA) and structured programming such as PLC/Blocks are an asset
- Knowledge of image processing software, notably Photoshop, is appreciated
- Intermediate English (B1/B2), German is an asset.

You are autonomous, rigorous and solution-oriented. You enjoy understanding the overall functioning of an installation and are comfortable with both automation issues and associated IT environments.
You also like working in a team, bringing your technical expertise and gradually taking responsibility for specific topics within complex projects.
Your prospects
The position offers a broad scope combining SCADA, imaging, building automation and IT infrastructure. You will be able to independently manage imaging projects and play a key role as a reference for supervision within large-scale technical projects.
