The FAH-SEB is a Fribourg-based institution dedicated to the reception, accommodation and support of adults with disabilities presenting intellectual impairments. It encompasses several living and activity sites, spread across residential structures, villas and day centres. On a daily basis, the Foundation welcomes around 120 people with intellectual disabilities, multiple disabilities or autism spectrum disorders. It offers comprehensive and personalised support, including socio-educational services, health and wellbeing monitoring, as well as occupational activities.
Through a human, inclusive and professional approach, the Foundation works towards the development of autonomy, inclusion and social participation of the people it supports. By the quality and diversity of its services, it establishes itself as a key player in the field of support for people with disabilities in the canton of Fribourg.

Your responsibilities
• Ensure an active and caring presence in the various pavilions during the night
• Ensure the safety, comfort and wellbeing of Residents, respecting their individual needs
• Intervene calmly and discerningly in case of need or unforeseen situations, according to established procedures
• Communicate relevant information to the day team
Your profile
• Training in basic care, CFC ASSC an asset
• Successful initial experience in the care or disability sector
• Sense of responsibility, reliability and ability to work independently at night
• Reassuring, calm and respectful attitude
• Oral knowledge of German desired
