About the job
To ensure our tram and bus infrastructure can be operated reliably, safely and economically, we continuously develop maintenance management. Katharina is looking to strengthen her team with a committed individual who combines technical expertise with digitalisation, process management and strategic thinking.
What to expect
- Further development of maintenance management focusing on effective, economical and standardised processes as well as data-driven control throughout the entire lifecycle of the systems
- Initiation, conception, prioritisation and support of projects and initiatives to optimise and digitalise maintenance management
- Development of concepts and implementation of technical specifications within transformation projects, for example in the areas of condition forecasting, SAP/GIS integration or technical control centres
- Analysis, optimisation and further development of processes, data structures and digital applications using modern technologies such as low-code platforms, automated workflows and AI-supported solutions
- Independent management of projects to evaluate and introduce new solutions and tools as well as support of the maintenance management department head in strategic, technical and organisational matters including deputy function
What you bring
- Completed university degree (FH/ETH/University) in civil engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, transport or industrial engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in infrastructure, asset or maintenance management as well as in leading projects and interdisciplinary initiatives
- Strong interest in digitalisation topics as well as experience in analysing and optimising processes, data models and digital applications
- Strategic, analytical and conceptual thinking combined with an independent and solution-oriented working style
- Communicative personality with high social competence, persuasiveness and enjoyment in collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
