IT Network Security Engineer (m/f/d)

As a specialised IT service provider with a comprehensive solution portfolio in the areas of network, telecommunications, cybersecurity, as well as cloud and identity management services, the company is an established contact for demanding infrastructure projects. The role includes planning, implementation, and support of complex IT solutions – from network architectures through hybrid cloud environments to customised security concepts. - You manage and administer LAN, WAN, WLAN, and security solutions in various environments.
- You configure and implement firewall rules, VPNs, and web gateways on-premises and in the cloud.
- You perform upgrades and security updates on network devices on-premises and in the cloud.
- You support the 1st level support team and participate in exciting network and security projects.
Qualifications:
- You have completed IT training or have comparable experience in the network field.
- You bring initial experience with network technologies and security solutions (Fortinet & Fortigate mandatory).
- You are a communicative team player with excellent German and English skills.
- You are adaptable, resilient, and enthusiastic about new challenges.
