Job Description

As a Shift Coordinator, you are the central contact person for your team and our guests. You organise and lead your shift, ensure a smooth operation, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe. You motivate your crew, pitch in wherever needed, and bring positive energy to every shift. You lead by example, pay attention to food safety, quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene, and are always ready to coach and support your team.

Main Responsibilities

• Organising and leading your shift to ensure a seamless restaurant experience
• Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team
• Maintaining high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene
• Supporting the team during busy moments – whether in the kitchen, at the counter, or in the restaurant
• Promoting teamwork and motivating the crew
• Open communication and conflict management with empathy and respect
• Using planning and management tools (cash registers, orders, inventory)
• Supporting training and development initiatives
