Customer Service Advisor JLR

Your tasks

  • Contact person for our customers in the service area
  • Receipt of repair and service orders
  • Competent advice on service and repair services
  • Preparation of cost estimates and invoices
  • Coordination and scheduling between customers and workshop
  • Ensuring a smooth process in daily business
  • Maintaining customer relationships and active customer care

Your profile

  • Completed technical training in the automotive industry (e.g. mechatronics technician, automotive specialist) or in the commercial sector with experience in the automotive industry
  • Several years of experience in customer contact, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, organised and resilient
  • High service and customer orientation
  • Good IT user skills
  • Driving licence category B
