Hager Switzerland is looking for a permanent Energy Systems Specialist (m/f/d) - 100% at its headquarters in Emmenbrücke.

As an Energy Systems Specialist (m/f/d), you are responsible for organising and coordinating maintenance of circuit breakers at our customers’ sites as well as providing technical support around energy distribution systems. You will accompany orders from quotation to billing, support our partners and customers with technical queries and contribute your expertise to the planning and design of energy systems.

Your tasks

• Organisation and coordination of maintenance of circuit breakers at our customers (order processing from quotation to billing)
• Customer support for circuit breakers and fuse technology in energy distribution systems
• Support for electrical planners, installation partners, switchgear manufacturers and end customers with technical questions - by phone and on site
• Digital planning and calculation of short-circuit current and selectivity

Your profile

What you should bring

• Basic electrical engineering training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Further training in energy or plant engineering or a related field
• Experience in planning, execution or support of energy distribution systems
• Very good communication skills, organisational talent and ability to work in a team
• Very good German language skills
• Driving licence category B

• Experience with SAP and engineering tools for electrical engineering
• Further training in commercial or business management fields
