Are you a natural salesperson and want to be paid according to your results? At ABC Solar, salespeople who meet their monthly targets earn over 120,000 CHF gross per year. Appointments are provided and a vehicle is included.

Active since 2011, ABC Solar installs complete energy solutions for private individuals: photovoltaics, batteries, heat pumps and air conditioning.

Your tasks:

- Conduct appointments with homeowners in French-speaking Switzerland, scheduled directly in your diary and provided by the company

- Regularly prospect in the field: this is a requirement of the role, in addition to the provided appointments

- Advise, negotiate and close on site: our model is one-appointment sales

Your profile:

- Proven experience in direct sales required, experience in energy is not necessary

- Ambitious, autonomous and determined, comfortable with demanding targets

- Excellent spoken French, German is a plus

- Neat appearance, convincing speech, respect for the client and the team

- Category B driving licence and mobility
