Specialist in Daily Sickness Benefits Insurance (m/f/d)
How you contribute:
- Independently handling complex claims in collective daily sickness benefits insurance according to VVG and/or KVG
- Clarifying benefit-relevant facts and collaborating with internal and external partners such as consulting doctors, case management, BVM, recourse or legal
- Conducting specialist discussions with customers, employers and other stakeholders as well as supporting the development of viable solutions
- Contributing your professional expertise to the optimisation and further development of processes in claims management
- Supporting knowledge transfer within teams and actively sharing your expertise with colleagues
- Collaborating with corporate client advisors and case managers as well as advising on technical questions
What sets you apart:
- You have a commercial, insurance-related or medical basic education.
- You bring experience in claims assessment for daily sickness benefits insurance and ideally have completed further training in the insurance field or are willing to further your professional education – we are happy to support you in this.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of social insurance, labour law or the medical field.
- You analyse complex issues in a structured manner and make well-founded decisions.
- You communicate clearly, appropriately for the audience and on an equal footing with different stakeholders and value teamwork as well as professional exchange with internal and external partners.
- You have impeccable German language skills, both spoken and written. French and other language skills are a plus.
