Service Technician / Automation & Customer Service (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 95,000Our ROCKEN partner is a globally active company in packaging technology based in Aargau and offers customised complete solutions for end packaging and transport security.
Role:
Do you want to combine technical know-how with varied customer assignments? In this role, you are responsible for the reliable operation of our machines and systems and support customers as well as internal departments with technical questions.
Responsibilities:
Independent execution of service and repair assignments
Error analysis and troubleshooting on machines and systems
Assembly and commissioning directly at the customer site
Conducting machine tests and trials of consumables
Training and instruction of customers in handling the systems
Support of the technical internal service in clarifications and problem solving
Customer assignments throughout Switzerland as well as occasional foreign and on-call duties
Qualifications:
Technical basic training as automation technician, mechatronics technician, electrical fitter or electronics technician with mechanical understanding
Basic knowledge in PLC, sensor technology, signal transmission and networks
Analytical skills and enjoyment of fault finding
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Very good German skills; additional languages are a plus
Category B driving licence
