What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed individual as an HR Business Partner. In this versatile role, you act as a central trusted advisor for managers and contribute significantly to the further development of HR processes.

Your tasks:

• Competent advice to managers on all personnel-related matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle

• Independent management of recruitment processes in close coordination with the specialist departments

• Professional support and assistance during change and transformation processes

• Support for employees in challenging situations such as extended absences or conflicts

• Active participation in strategic HR initiatives as well as the further development of employer branding and the employee lifecycle

What do I need to be successful?

Your profile for this position:

• Completed university degree with a focus on human resource management, plus an MBA degree

• Extensive practical experience of several years in human resources

• Excellent language skills in German or French as well as solid knowledge of the other language

• Strong skills in consulting, communication and dealing with people

• Independent, networked working style with a focus on practical solutions

• Strategic thinking combined with a structured approach, high implementation strength and a pronounced sense of responsibility

• Enthusiasm for working with different stakeholders
