Are you motivated by interaction with various claims departments and communication with stakeholders and partners? Naturally efficient, do you enjoy applying your specialised knowledge in motor claims to provide the best possible service to our clients?

In this role, you are part of the Motor Vehicle Claims business area, within the Motor Experts team at Zurich Switzerland. As a motor expert, you assist our clients and injured parties in repairing damages quickly and without bureaucracy. Whether with a private car or a company vehicle: those on the road can count on Zurich.

Your tasks

• Conduct motor vehicle assessments.
• Determine repair methods and calculate the amount of damage.
• Evaluate insurance coverage and handle corporate liability claims.
• Verify repair invoices, depreciation claims, and loss of use compensation, in collaboration with other Help Points and claims centres.
• Negotiate with policyholders, injured parties, and repair companies.

Your profile

• Federal certificate as an automotive mechatronics technician, bodywork technician, or automotive painter OR equivalent training.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the repair sector or in receiving vehicles damaged in accidents.
• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in working with various stakeholders.
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite as well as systems related to repairs.
• Native French speaker; knowledge of German is an advantage.

Work location: St Maurice, Valais

Start date: from 01.01.2027 or by agreement

Business travel: up to 50% per year

Hybrid work: up to 40%
