Deputy Operations Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Control and supervision of all production facilities in the plant

• Operation of wheel loaders, forklifts and shunting locomotives to ensure a smooth loading process

• Management of the workshop including organisation and coordination of repair, maintenance and servicing work

• Active participation in the planning and implementation of the annual winter revision as well as ordering materials and spare parts

• Representation of the operations management and support in administrative and organisational matters

• Quality assurance of products and active involvement in the daily operations of the gravel plant

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational or technical basic training as well as a valid construction machinery operator licence M1-M3

• Ideally professional experience in a gravel plant, building materials company or comparable industrial production environment

• Training as a raw material processor is an advantage or the motivation to complete this or a similar specialist further training

• Independent, responsible and pragmatic working style with an eye for practical solutions

• Initial leadership experience desirable or strong interest in gradually taking on leadership responsibility

• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as routine handling of common IT applications

• Resilient and team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality who enjoys active collaboration
