You ensure a stable, secure and future-oriented ICT infrastructure - from server, storage and network platforms to cloud services and modern workplace solutions. In doing so, you ensure the reliable operation of the systems, analyse and resolve complex faults, and contribute your technical expertise to the continuous development of our ICT landscape. In close collaboration with the infrastructure team, the service desk, as well as internal and external partners, you plan and implement technical solutions and projects. You evaluate new technologies, support the automation of processes, and actively contribute to the efficient, secure and future-oriented further development of the ICT infrastructure.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the operation, monitoring and further development of the ICT infrastructure
- You ensure the availability, stability, performance and security of the ICT systems
- You take on the administration of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, M365 and Entra ID)
- You manage virtualisation, backup and recovery solutions and further develop them.
- You analyse and resolve complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support.
- You participate in infrastructure projects and technical rollouts.
- You collaborate with internal departments and external partners. Furthermore, you work with other teams to ensure ICT security and to develop and implement security strategies.
Your profile
- You have completed training in computer science (EFZ, HF, FH or equivalent)
- You have several years of experience as an ICT System Engineer or in a similar role
- You possess sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies and virtualisation
- You have experience with server, storage, network and cloud environments
- You are familiar with backup, monitoring and security solutions.
- You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner.
- Strong customer, team and solution orientation is natural for you
- You think analytically and act on your own initiative.
- You communicate appropriately at different levels and have very good German and English skills; any additional language is welcome
