Real Estate Accountant (m/f) 50%-80%

Your main mission:

Complete real estate accounting management of a portfolio of rental properties and condominiums as well as company accounting.

Your responsibilities:

• Complete management of the accounting for a portfolio of rental properties and condominiums;
• Preparation and validation of invoice payments (including the disbursement of available funds);
• Preparation of service charge statements;
• Closing of accounts and preparation of management statements;
• Customer relations for any file related to accounting;
• Preparation and sending of tax documents to co-owners;
• Preparation of balance sheets, VAT statements;
• Management of liquidity accounts and reconciliation;
• Cash flow monitoring;
• Payroll management.

Your profile:

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification. Federal accounting diploma is an asset;
• Minimum 3 years experience in an accounting position in the real estate sector (essential);
• Experience in fiduciary/company accounting is an asset;
• Sense of priorities and autonomy in work;
• Flexibility in the face of unforeseen events and changing priorities.
