At the Heart Vascular Centre at the University Hospital Bern, we accompany people in challenging situations – from preparation for cardiological interventions to recovery. What awaits you

• Clinical practice: You work in direct clinical nursing and care for patients in complex situations, bringing your professional expertise to bear and supporting the team in daily work
• Quality assurance: You ensure nursing quality and patient safety in the department and continuously develop evidence-based standards
• Empowering the team: You support the nursing team through case-related coaching, short training sessions, and structured case discussions in daily work
• Shared governance: You work closely with the team management and the senior nursing experts and actively contribute professional topics to the shared governance team

What you bring with you

• Education: You have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF and a completed nursing-specific further education at CAS, DAS level or a higher professional examination (HFP) – or are willing to complete this
• Bachelor’s degree: You have a BScN or a nursing diploma HF with a completed bridge to the Bachelor in Nursing – or are willing to pursue this educational path
• Professional experience: You bring at least two years of professional experience in an acute hospital
• Professional and personal skills: You are interested in the further development of nursing, think in a networked and evidence-based way, and enjoy passing on your expertise within the team and actively shaping change
