As part of our young, dynamic team, you will be responsible in this exciting role for both the daily operational support in internal sales and the strategic handling and further development of our cross-industry partnerships with purchasing companies, associations, and cooperatives. You will be in direct contact with customers and branches and work closely with our field sales team. At the same time, you will be part of the internal Key Account Management team and collaborate across departments with various interfaces within the entire company.

Responsibilities
- You are the central contact person for our customers in internal sales and simultaneously sustainably develop the partnership relationships with the respective purchasing companies, associations, and cooperatives – also directly on site.
- Direct customer contact is at the heart of your role – whether in writing, by phone, or in person, in German and French.
- You ensure professional and reliable support for our customers in internal sales and handle daily operational matters – from price inquiries and complaints to changes and other administrative tasks. You recognise customer needs and ensure that concerns are dealt with quickly, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
- You analyse potentials, question existing approaches, and develop strategies for sustainable and economic growth. You negotiate and implement these together with our partners.
- You know how to highlight and communicate the added value of our products, system solutions, and services specifically for our customers. You are not afraid to be present at management level and conduct negotiations.
- With your sales responsibility in mind, you identify opportunities, develop individually tailored customer strategies, and derive concrete measures from them.
- You are the link between the customer and our internal interfaces, ensuring smooth information flow and coordinating field sales and internal specialist departments to guarantee excellent customer service and outstanding customer care.
Requirements
- You have several years of experience in sales and customer support, preferably in Key Account Management in internal or field sales.
- You like people but also numbers, and have a strong analytical mindset, process understanding, and a general interest in business operations and contexts.
- You are proficient in M365 Office tools, especially Excel, and can professionally prepare and deliver convincing customer presentations.
- You are a sociable and communicative personality, have your own opinion, actively contribute, and drive topics forward.
- A proactive, structured, and independent working style characterises you, and you enjoy growing and shaping things together with the team.
- You bring humour, positivity, and motivation and are eager to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment.
- You have very good written and spoken German and French skills. English and Italian skills are an advantage.
- You are willing to travel throughout Switzerland (1–2 days per week) and hold a valid category B car driving licence.
