Role:
In this role, you design sophisticated IT infrastructures and develop modern, sustainable IT solutions for various customer needs. You take responsibility for the strategic support of your customers and advise them on future-proof architectures and technologies. You apply your solid know-how in varied projects and make architectural decisions with a view to security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. You analyse existing system landscapes, define target architectures, and accompany their implementation in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you are responsible for the continuous development of the deployed solutions and proactively identify optimisation potentials.
Responsibilities:
- You design, implement, and integrate modern IT solutions for our customer environments.
- In this role, you take technical responsibility for the operation of your assigned customer environments.
- You support your team in 3rd level support and actively share your expertise.
- As an experienced system architecture specialist, you advise our consultants on technical conception and implementation.
- You contribute to the further development of IT infrastructures and cloud solutions and bring in your own ideas.
Qualifications:
- Completed IT training with relevant further education
- Several years of experience as a system engineer, ideally in complex environments
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, MAM/MDM, and Microsoft Azure (IaaS)
- Solid know-how in Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), and scripting
- Experience in administering virtualisation solutions and interest in IT security
- Independent, solution-oriented, and customer-focused working style as well as confident German language skills
