Deputy Ward Manager (a)

This is what the professional everyday life looks like

• Supporting the ward management in planning, organisational and leadership tasks
• Co-responsibility for achieving the performance targets on the ward with around 36 beds
• Co-responsibility for ensuring nursing quality as well as implementing and guaranteeing the sustainability of Lean Hospital
• Member of the ward management committee in the sense of Shared Governance
• Working in direct care within a motivated team consisting of a total of 30 employees
• Managing a zone with the assigned patient group

Skills and potential

• Basic: Diploma as a nurse (HF, FH or equivalent)
• Preferably: Experience in an acute care setting with a focus on orthopaedics
• Very welcome: Team player qualities and enthusiasm for leadership tasks
• Also: communicative organisational talent
• Absolutely: Enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital routine
