When applications, data flows, and business processes interlock, someone is needed who understands both the professional and technical perspectives. This position combines application management, support, process optimisation, and integration management in a varied role.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the ongoing operation of various company applications and supporting their professional and technical development.
Analysing existing processes and developing improvements together with departments and external implementation partners.
Managing electronic business processes and system integrations via a central EDI platform.
Monitoring and analysing interfaces and data transmissions as well as coordinating error resolution.
Handling requests and incidents via the ticket system and collaborating with 2nd-/3rd-level support and manufacturers.
Conducting user training, creating documentation, and supporting rollouts or new system functions.
Participating in ERP, integration, and digitalisation projects as well as automating recurring processes.
Qualifications:
Education in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience.
Experience in supporting business software and ideally initial project or support experience.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and the Microsoft 365 environment.
Understanding of EDI processes, middleware, REST-/SOAP interfaces, or comparable integration technologies.
Independent and structured working style with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and professional demeanour towards departments, customers, suppliers, and technical partners.
Very good German skills and good English skills
