Lead Long Turning

Your tasks:

• Comprehensive leadership and development of the team in the long turning area
• Active participation in setting up, programming and controlling the machines
• Optimisation of manufacturing processes to increase quality and efficiency
• Smooth coordination with production planning and adjacent areas
• Ensuring order, systematics and high quality standards in everyday work

Your skills:

• Vocational training in the mechanical field with solid practical experience in long turning
• Proven skill in programming and setting up CNC machines
• Initial experience in staff management or strong leadership motivation
• Strong organisational talent as well as a solution-oriented approach
• Confident German language skills for clear communication at all levels
