For our ward 8th floor Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery with a total of 24 beds, we are looking for a position starting 1 December 2026 or by arrangement

Your area of responsibility

• As zone manager, you take over the coordination of nursing and the nursing process in interprofessional collaboration. In doing so, you promote interdisciplinary exchange and thus make a significant contribution to the holistic care of patients
• The well-being of our patients is your focus and you work closely with the patients' relatives
• Your active participation in change processes and team development rounds off your field of activity
• Your commitment to the guidance, support and assessment of trainees is of great importance. You promote their professional and personal development through targeted support, constructive feedback and a respectful learning atmosphere

Your experience

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH. You bring the necessary knowledge and practical skills to act professionally even in demanding situations
• You have a pronounced social competence in dealing with patients and their relatives and meet them with empathy, appreciation and sensitivity
• You master challenging situations with a clear head and a confident overview, which underlines your ability to cope with pressure
• You enjoy teamwork, and your open and solution-oriented manner promotes a positive working atmosphere and supports efficient collaboration within the team
