Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced maintenance mechanic for the technical support and maintenance of production equipment and operational facilities. Our client develops and manufactures precise stamping and forming solutions as well as technical components for industrial applications. The company offers a modern production environment, varied technical tasks, targeted training opportunities and long-term development prospects.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the operational readiness and technical availability of production equipment
Carrying out maintenance, repair and servicing work
Systematic analysis and rectification of mechanical, electrical and mechatronic faults
Execution of preventive maintenance measures and planned overhauls
Maintenance and optimisation of pneumatic, hydraulic and automated systems
Support with modifications, modernisations and technical improvements to equipment
Conducting fault finding and functional tests using appropriate measuring and diagnostic tools
Documentation of faults, maintenance work and servicing measures
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship, for example as a polymechanic EFZ, automation technician EFZ, mechatronics technician EFZ, mechanic EFZ or equivalent
Professional experience in maintenance, servicing and industrial upkeep
Good knowledge of mechanics and technical equipment maintenance
Knowledge of automation, mechatronics and electrical engineering is an advantage
Good German language skills spoken and written
