- Taking on professional responsibility in the coordination of several trades, including participation in BIM processes and digital working methods
- Leading technically demanding medium-sized projects in an HVACSE trade of your choice (HVACSE+), with leadership and coaching of a project team
- Individual shaping of the role share between specialist coordination and project management
- Involvement in the further development of processes, methods, and employees within the company
- Further education such as a professional certificate, HF or FH in building technology or electrical engineering
- Experience in planning and coordination of building technology projects; knowledge in spatial specialist coordination is required or will be developed
- Interest in BIM or already experience with digital planning tools (e.g. Revit)
- Enthusiasm for integral HVACSE solutions, digital project methods, and innovative planning processes
- Open to innovations and confident in handling dynamic work environments
- Entry as an experienced expert possible; without experience, targeted development into this role will be provided

Tasks

Profile
- Completed basic training in an HVACSE area (e.g. building services planner EFZ or electrical)- Further education such as a professional certificate, HF or FH in building technology or electrical engineering
- Experience in planning and coordination of building technology projects; knowledge in spatial specialist coordination is required or will be developed
- Interest in BIM or already experience with digital planning tools (e.g. Revit)
