What Awaits You

Our claims service is the central service area to fulfil our performance promise to our customers. In this position, you proactively and straightforwardly support our clients in the event of a claim.

Your Impact with Us

In this role, you assist our clients with straightforward claims processing and personally accompany them throughout the entire process. 

You receive claim notifications and are responsible for further processing and handling. You independently initiate necessary immediate measures and maintain close contact with all parties involved. 

Additionally, you conduct on-site claim inspections and ensure a thorough assessment of the damages. You provide our clients with the necessary reassurance and strengthen their trust in Mobiliar. 

Your Qualifications

• Federal commercial training
• Solid professional experience in claims processing
• Insurance intermediary VBV or insurance specialist certificate advantageous
• High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
• Solution-oriented approach and networked thinking
• Independent, responsible and proactive personality
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form (additional languages advantageous)

The Insurance Supervision Act requires the completion of the insurance intermediary VBV, non-life and life profile, to perform this function.
