Real Estate Management Clerk Residential / Commercial (m/f/d)

• Diverse administrative tasks in commercial and technical property management
• Assistance with re-letting (vacancy management) including viewings of apartments and
• ancillary units with prospective tenants
• Preparation of rental contracts for apartments and ancillary units as well as related annexes and addenda
• Support with the handover and acceptance of apartments and ancillary units (partly independently)
• Preparation of tenant final accounts
• Assistance with debtor and creditor management
• Written and verbal contact with tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities and caretakers

• Completed basic commercial training EFZ or equivalent qualification in the real estate sector
• Industry knowledge required
• Native German speaker, confident in written and spoken language
• Good IT application skills (MS Office programmes, possibly REM)
• Organisational talent and good manners
• Valid driving licence and own car required
