Property Accounting Specialist - Landquart (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the property accounting for rental properties
You prepare heating and ancillary cost statements as well as administrative accounts for the owners
You monitor and handle rent collection including dunning and debt enforcement procedures
You manage creditor and debtor accounting
You conduct and monitor payment transactions
You communicate with owners, tenants, caretakers, craftsmen and authorities
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education
You bring several years of practical accounting experience, experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
You have very good PC user skills (MS programmes); knowledge of Rimo and Docuware is an advantage
You work precisely, independently and with a high level of service orientation
You communicate very well in German, both spoken and written
