Your tasks

The position combines customer reception and service, as well as technical textile treatment.

Reception and customer relations

• Welcome customers and receive their garments.
• Advise them on services suited to their needs.
• Ensure the delivery of orders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

Textile care and treatment

• Perform stain removal on garments.
• Carry out washing and drying operations.
• Ensure ironing and preparation of items.
• Check the quality of garments before returning them to customers.
• Respect company procedures and quality standards.

You will work within a single store located in Vésenaz, in collaboration with the on-site team.

Job conditions

• Contract: Permanent
• Activity rate: 50%
• Working hours: approximately 21.15 hours per week
• Salary: 2,100.50 CHF gross per month
• Performance bonus in addition to the fixed salary
• Workplace: 5àsec store in Vésenaz (1222), Switzerland
• Organisation: hours distributed according to store needs and schedule established with the manager and sector head.
• Rest: according to the schedule communicated by management.

Working hours

The usual store opening hours are from 8 am to 7 pm. Hours are organised according to store needs, alternating between opening and closing shifts.

• Opening shift: from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
• Closing shift: from 10 am to 7 pm.

Occasional late-night openings are also organised, with end of day up to 9 pm. Good availability and adaptability to hours are therefore necessary.

Profile sought

We are primarily looking for a motivated, serious and reliable person who wishes to learn a new profession.

You are:

• Dynamic, rigorous and organised.
• Comfortable in customer relations and with a good sense of service.
• Able to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Meticulous and attentive to the quality of your work.
• In good physical condition, as the job involves standing for much of the day, working in a sometimes warm environment and frequently moving between reception and the back shop.
• Comfortable in French, both spoken and written, to welcome and advise customers.

Experience in catering, hospitality, retail, laundry or dry cleaning is an asset, but beginners are welcome. Comprehensive training will enable you to acquire the necessary technical skills.
