Operation and further development of customised ICT products and solutions for customers
Technical support and direct customer contact, including project implementation
Responsibility for the Microsoft 365 specialist area, migration of customers to Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
Support with Microsoft 365 products and Teams telephony, participation in the development of new services together with product management
Qualifications:
Training as an IT specialist with professional further education and team spirit (including humorous soft skills)
In-depth knowledge in planning, building, and operating ICT solutions as well as enthusiasm for Microsoft 365 services
Solid know-how in technologies such as Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Client Management (Intune), SQL Server, Citrix/Terminal Server, network services
Experience in PowerShell scripting, five years or more practical experience, willingness to take responsibility
Enjoyment of direct customer contact, very good German skills, good English skills, strong documentation flair
